Exchange and Return Policy:

- Replacement and return are the right guaranteed by all our customers and it includes all products that we offer on our store.

- All products displayed on our store are subject to the policy of replacement and return in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated in this newspaper.

- Return or replacement can be made if the product is in the same original condition at the time of purchase and coated with the original packaging.

- Return within three (3) days and exchange within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

- Please contact us via the Contact Us page or via our phone numbers in order to request a refund or replacement.

- Please photograph the product and send it with the city, address and order number to be replaced with another product in case the product is corrupt or has a certain defect, or is not exploited as agreed.

- The full refund is given to the customer in case the product you arrived at is completely different with the product description on the product page of our website.

- We are not responsible for any expectations of use of products by the customer that we did not mention on the product page of our site.

- Deduct 30 percent or a value of not less than 25 dirhams if the customer does not want the product and has no defect or any problem.
